3.2 service changes
3.2.1 the platform has the right to add, remove, adjust features or add restrictions in order to enhance the experience or meet regulatory requirements.
Content specification and boundaries of AI usage
4.1 prohibited content
4.1.1 information that violates the Cybersecurity Act and administrative regulations, including but not limited to: terrorism, separatism, pornography, false rumors, fraud, gambling, drugs, guns, hacking tutorials, malware, human flesh search, network violence.
4.1.2 infringement of intellectual property rights, trade secrets, portrait rights, privacy rights and reputation rights of others.
4.1.3 including unauthorized ads, promotions, spam links, bulk registration invitations, plugins, crawlers, hit libraries, reverse engineering, spamming, mock clicks.
4.2 Ai special restrictions
4.2.1 AI shall not be used to generate false news, forge official documents, counterfeit leader speeches, fraudulent virtual currency copywriting, medical diagnoses, prescription drug recommendations, or substitute professional legal advice.
Data and privacy
5.1 attribution of Data
5.1.1 users have ownership of their original input and AI-generated content; the platform has the right to anonymize statistics for model refinement after desensitization, but not to reverse-identify users.
5.1.2 there is no obligation on the platform to restore data after a user deletes content or closes an account.
Intellectual Property
6.1 the software itself: all source code, UI design, trademarks, algorithm patents, domain names, logos are owned by SoulTalk, it is protected by the copyright law, the patent law, the trademark law and relevant international treaties.
6.2 user content: you retain ownership of the original text, images, audio and video, AI prompts, and generated results that you upload; You also grant the platform worldwide, free, non-exclusive, transferable rights to store, display, distribute, and promote your content, but the platform may not sell your content alone.
6.3 complaint channel: If you think the platform content is infringing, please send"Name + contact + proof of Rights + infringement link" to shangjianjun@optimizebusiness.shop, the platform takes down within 24 hours of receiving notification of conformity and feedback on the results.
Exemption from liability and limitation of liability
Network risks: downtime, data loss, information leakage due to earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, wars, hacking, viruses, force majeure failures, operator outages, government regulation, etc. , the platform is not responsible for breach of contract, but will try to repair and inform users.
7.2 Ai content: AI-generated content does not represent the views of the platform; users judge for themselves the authenticity, applicability, and legality; the platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI output.
Rights and obligations of users
8.1 rights

8.2.2 no leasing, lending, transferring or sharing of accounts;

8.2.4 cooperate with the platform to complete real-name verification, identity verification and security testing.
Interruption and termination of service
9.1 active termination: the user can close the account at any time and all data will be cleared in accordance with the privacy policy.
9.2 passive termination: if a user commits a serious violation, the platform may immediately ban the user and refuse to re-register, or if the user is suspected of a crime, the platform may hand over the judiciary.
